School disco/dance outfit?

School disco/dance outfit?
ok so i have a school disco/dance in a few days
i've found a dress
it's lime green with black detailing

and i'm wearing high heels for it
i'm also wearing black earrings and black bangles
i have a black clutch for my makeup and phone ( but i wont be carrying it all the time )

i've got my outfit ready but i'm not sure how to do my hair and makeup
i usually wear foundation, concealer, bronzer, blush, winged eyeliner, mascara, lip stick/lip gloss
but i'm not sure what makeup to wear for this dance/disco
maybe a smokey eye?
any ideas?

i also don't know how to do my hair
my hair is naturally straight, it's dark brown and it's quite long
any good hairstyle ideas?
i don't want my hair up though

p.s - should i wear black tights ? or would it be too hot? although it could stop my feet from getting blisters

yes i know i'm "only 13" but it's my choice, it's how i express myself
and no i'm not going to wear converse, it's a freakin school dance, i go for the classy look.
and yes i can dance in high heels,
