(if you decide to go with this then you will need to wear a black tank or leotard since it does not come with the costume. there is no need to buy a black tank or leotard from this website or any other dance website. a spaghetti strap tank or leotard that does not go above the shirt will work fine. you can find a black leotard at any dance store & if you want to go for an inexpensive plain black tee, Target, Walmart, K-Mart, etc. will probably have some! but then again, you may already have a black tank or leotard that you can use!)
