Denim high waisted shorts with buttons.
Pink and creme baggy striped top tucked in (looks really nice trust me!)
Brown brogue high heels with ribbon ties.

Okay, so I am turning thirteen but all of my friends and I act a lot older, or at least most of the time we do. We all look older, and are friends with the older kids. So, my birthday is in May and I always do something huge. Last year I had a disco party. Each year 30-50 kids show up.

But this year I'm out of ideas, and my creativity is not working whatsoever. So, if you guys could help in any way.

Money is not a problem, but nothing that will cost over 500-700 please.
Oh, the party will be really hot because I live in a hot part of California.

Oh, and please no ideas like 'pool party' or '70's theme'

Maybe have like a red carpet party where every one is like a star and when they drive up have someone take their picture and at the end of the party or with the thank you cards you send them their picture and for the actual party you can turn it into like a freestyle club where every one needs a V.I.P.
